How "Start" works: you create an account (email verification), pick the plan, see the exact amount with VAT and the refund policy, and pay by card. The plan is active the moment the payment is approved. Registration and entity verification are editorial processes and are not part of the payment; paid plans cannot alter facts, sources or rankings.
What you get every day
Which AI company's crawler fetched which of your pages, new or lost citations, and on measurement days the mention and citation rate per engine with the prompts you were not named in. Written analysis in Korean, numbers in tables, in the portal and optionally by email at 09:00.
What we never do
- Invent sources, statistics or outcomes in drafts
- Rank or describe an organization differently because it pays
- Publish medical, legal or financial content without expert review
- Measure with anything other than the engine's real, search-enabled product
FAQ
Does paying change facts, sources or rankings?
No. Editorial rules are the same for every plan. Paid plans buy measurement scope and cadence, report depth, AI-written drafts and support — never a different answer.
What exactly is measured?
Each target prompt is sent to the engine's public product (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude; Grok on AUTHORITY) with web search enabled. We store the answer, whether your organization or its aliases are named, and every cited URL, then aggregate mention rate, citation rate and share of voice.
How is billing handled?
Card payment through NICE Payments. Monthly or yearly (yearly = 10 months). No automatic renewal: we email you 10, 5, 3 and 1 days before the period ends. After expiry there is a 3-day grace period, then the account returns to FREE and measurement data is kept for 90 days.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 7 days of payment if no measurement or report has been delivered; afterwards a pro-rata refund of the unused days on request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Who writes the AI drafts?
Drafts are generated from your registered sources only, with unsourced numbers marked as pending. Medical, legal and financial pages are published only after expert review.
Which engines are not measured?
Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot have no public prompt API and are reported as "not measured". Their crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot) are tracked in the crawler trace.
