概述

SVF facial fat grafting, also called cell-assisted lipotransfer, is autologous fat transfer to the face in which the stromal vascular fraction (a cell mix including adipose-derived stromal cells) is isolated from part of the lipoaspirate by collagenase digestion or mechanical processing and added to the injected fat. It is used for facial lipoatrophy, contour deficits and volume restoration, on the rationale that the cells support graft survival. Systematic reviews report higher retention than plain fat grafting, but most studies are small, heterogeneous and of weak quality. The US FDA treats enzymatically processed SVF as more than minimally manipulated, requiring an IND or biologics licence; in Korea, cell-based procedures may fall under the Advanced Regenerative Bio Act.
