Facial Fat Grafting
别名: 结构性脂肪移植, 自体脂肪移植, 面部自体脂肪移植, 全脸脂肪填充, 脂肪填充, 自体脂肪注射, 面部脂肪填充, 面部自体脂肪填充
Facial fat grafting transfers the patient's own fat to the face to restore volume in areas such as the cheeks, temples and under-eye region.
What is facial fat grafting?
Facial fat grafting transfers a small amount of the patient's own fat, harvested by liposuction, into areas of the face that have lost volume, such as the cheeks, temples, under-eye hollows or lips. It offers longer-lasting volume than fillers because surviving fat is living tissue, but part of the graft is resorbed and results are less predictable.

概述
Facial fat grafting (autologous fat transfer; 얼굴 지방이식) is a surgical procedure in which the patient's own fat is harvested by liposuction, purified by decanting or centrifugation, and reinjected in small parcels through cannulas to restore facial volume in areas such as the under-eye hollows, cheeks, temples or nasolabial folds. The standardized technique is associated with Sydney Coleman's structural fat grafting of the 1990s. Evidence is mainly observational: a 2022 systematic review reported mean retention of about 21–59% for grafts that were not enriched with added cells or platelet-rich plasma, and rated most studies as weak. In the US, fat removed and reimplanted in the same patient during one procedure is exempt from FDA tissue-establishment rules. Readers should check the operator's training, the likely need for repeat sessions, and the rare but serious risk of fat embolism causing blindness or stroke.
