Claiming an existing page
If a page about your organization already exists, claim it to manage official information.

Open the provider page and click Claim entity in the sidebar, or go to Portal → Entity → Claim. We verify ownership through one of:
- An email address on the official domain.
- A verification file or meta tag on the official website.
- A signed letter on company letterhead (for organizations without a website).
After approval you can update official information (URL, address, services, FAQ) and attach sources. Editorial fields — definition, key facts, evidence levels — remain under editorial control and are updated from sources you provide.
