Corrections & removal requests
How to ask for a fact, source or page to be corrected, updated or removed, and what happens next.
What you can request
- A factual correction, with a source that supports the change.
- An update to official information about your organization (URL, address, services).
- A source correction: a link that is broken, misattributed or does not support the claim.
- Removal of personal data or a page about a private individual.
- A dispute about verification status or an evidence level.
How to submit
Use the contact form
Choose "Source or fact correction" and include the page URL, the exact text in question and the proposed change.
Attach evidence
Link a primary source (government, academic, official) or attach a document. Screenshots of AI answers are not evidence.
Get a ticket
You receive a ticket number by email and can follow the status online.
What happens next
An editor reviews the request against our source policy within 3 business days. Accepted changes are published with a new revision entry and a visible Updated date; the ISR cache is purged immediately so search engines and AI crawlers see the change on their next fetch. Rejected requests receive a reason. Disputes about medical, legal or financial content go to expert review, which can take up to 10 business days.
Removal
We remove pages about private individuals on request, and unlawful content immediately. Pages about organizations, products and public topics are corrected rather than removed, because removal would leave AI systems with older, less accurate sources.
