Autologous fat is a person's own fat tissue, harvested by liposuction and used as a natural filler or graft material in the same person.

Overview
Because the tissue comes from the same person, immune rejection is not a concern, although the graft still depends on blood supply to survive. Autologous fat is the raw material for fat grafting and for SVF isolation.
