The phrase is widely used in advertising and in patient searches, but it does not correspond to a distinct procedure defined in the literature. What is usually meant is breast fat grafting in which the graft is enriched with the stromal vascular fraction — described academically as SVF-assisted breast fat grafting, or as cell-assisted lipotransfer when that specific protocol is used. The added cells are not culture-expanded stem cells.
