The phrase is widely used in advertising and in patient searches, but it does not correspond to a distinct procedure defined in the literature. What is usually meant is breast fat grafting in which the graft is enriched with the stromal vascular fraction — described academically as SVF-assisted breast fat grafting, or as cell-assisted lipotransfer when that specific protocol is used. The added cells are not culture-expanded stem cells. Because the consumer term and the academic terms do not map one to one, claims made under this label should be checked against what the clinic states it actually performs and against published studies of the corresponding procedure.
