What is the difference between conventional fat grafting and SVF fat grafting?

Conventional fat grafting injects washed or centrifuged fat only. SVF fat grafting (cell-assisted lipotransfer) first isolates stromal vascular fraction from part of the harvested fat and mixes it into the graft. The goal is higher graft survival; systematic reviews report generally higher retention with cell assistance, but study quality and cell doses vary, and the SVF step adds processing, cost and regulatory considerations.
